Completed in 2025, CIR Construction successfully delivered the construction of a factory unit development consisting of 2 units with a total of 8,973 m2. Constructed via precast concrete external walls with structural steel roof systems including associated driveways and landscaping.

CIR Construction’s Roles and Responsibilities for this project included;

• Advise on feasibility of project to clients.

• Early Contractor Involvment.

• Liaison with design team for construction methodology.

• Construction Management.

• Coordination of all supervisors and trades on site.

• Construction scheduling of project and contract negotiations and administration.

• Liaise with authorities and consultants to deliver OC on completion.

Unit 1 - 2 storey, ground floor 9 meter high. 1st Floor 4 meter high with a post tension concrete slab, attached 3 storey offices with lifts, precast concrete external walls with structural steel roof systems including associated driveways and landscaping.

Unit 2 - single storey large open span builidng with 12.2 meter high clearence and a 2 storey office attached, precast concrete external walls with structural steel roof systems including associated driveways and landscaping.
