Completed in 2024, the ABC Paper Mill project involved the completion of a second building to house tissue paper-making machinery. The project included a concrete-framed building with tilt-up walls and a metal-clad, structural steel-framed top level. Construction of the building took 18 months, followed by an additional 18 months completing fit-out works and assisting with the installation of the tissue paper-making machinery.

CIR Construction’s Roles and Responsibilities for this project included;

• Daily site supervision, co-ordination between trades and site foreman

• Construction Management

• Project Management of installation of paper mill machinery and its required services
